Every job we surface is timestamped so you know when it was posted, source-verified so you know where it came from, and scored for freshness so you can filter out the dead ones before you spend an hour writing a cover letter.
Built for both humans and AI agents
We publish two surfaces from the same pipeline: a fast, accessible public job board for people, and an MCP server + JSON API for AI agents. Anything an agent can see, a human can see in the browser, and vice versa. No dark patterns, no cloaking.
Where the data comes from
HiredSignal aggregates listings from employer career pages, ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, and dozens more), and the open web — with a freshness pipeline that re-checks every listing daily. A job stays "verified" while it's still confirmed by its source; it drops to "aging" after 48 hours, "expired" once the source removes it. No listing sticks around past its shelf life.

- Signal over volume. We'd rather surface 100 real jobs than 10,000 with half dead.
- Source-first attribution. Every listing links back to the employer's own post. No scraping without credit.
- Free for job seekers, forever. Employer listings and API access fund the operation.
