Terms of Service

Use the service for your own job search. Do not resell the data, do not attack the infrastructure, and expect the quota you paid for rather than a guarantee that any particular job exists.
1. The agreement
These terms apply to hiredsignal.com, the HiredSignal application, and the HiredSignal MCP server. Creating an account or connecting an agent means accepting them.
2. What the service does
HiredSignal collects publicly posted job advertisements and makes them searchable, including through an MCP server so that an AI agent can search on your behalf.
It is a search and retrieval service. It does not apply for jobs on your behalf unless you explicitly enable that, it is not an employment agency, and it does not guarantee an interview or an offer.
3. Accounts and agent access
You are responsible for your account and for any agent you authorise against it. An agent acts with the permissions you grant it; you can revoke that access at any time.
One account is for one person. Sharing credentials, or pooling one subscription across multiple people or products, is not permitted.
4. Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute the job data in bulk, do not use the service to build a competing dataset, and do not exceed the request quota of your plan by rotating accounts or tokens.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to send unsolicited messages to employers.
5. Plans, payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, and each plan carries a stated request quota.
You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Price changes are notified before they take effect.
6. Accuracy of job data
Listings are collected from third-party sources and are provided as they were found. A vacancy may be filled, withdrawn or misdescribed by the employer between collection and your seeing it.
HiredSignal does not warrant that any listing is current, accurate or genuine, and is not a party to any application you make.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Planned and unplanned interruptions happen.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
These terms may change; the date above records when. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
An account may be suspended for breach of the acceptable use section, with notice where circumstances allow.
