Terms of service

The terms under which HiredSignal provides its public job board, API, and MCP server to users, employers, and agents.

1. Acceptance

By accessing HiredSignal (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Who we are

HiredSignal Ltd. ("we", "us") operates a public job-aggregation service at hiredsignal.com and a programmatic API / MCP server for software agents.

3. Acceptable use

You may search, view, and link to listings. You may not: scrape beyond rate limits, strip source attribution, misrepresent the data's freshness state, or use the Service to build a competing aggregator.

4. Listings are sourced

Every listing links back to the original source. We don't edit the content of employer listings; we do normalise metadata (location, salary, employment type) to support search.

5. No warranty on listings

We make a best effort to keep the freshness state accurate. We don't guarantee that every listing is still open, or that the employer will respond. Always double-check with the source before applying.

6. Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

7. Paid services

Employer listings and API usage are billed per the pricing page. Refunds are handled case-by-case; email us.

8. Changes

We'll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders or via a banner on the site.
