HiredSignal is a job discovery platform that aggregates job listings from third-party sources across the internet, including employer career pages, job boards, and public APIs. The Service provides tools to search, filter, save, and track job opportunities.
Important: HiredSignal is an aggregator. We do not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any job listing displayed on the Service. Job listings are sourced from third parties and may be outdated, filled, or contain errors. Always verify details directly with the employer before applying.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by signing in through Google OAuth. When you create an account, you agree to:

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including employer career pages and application portals. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Clicking on a job listing may direct you to an external site governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
HiredSignal is not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. We do not participate in hiring decisions and have no control over employment outcomes. Any interactions between you and employers are solely between you and the employer.
The Service, including its design, features, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by HiredSignal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, such as profile information and preferences. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
