The Sales and Channel Partnerships team drives sales acquisition across Grab's ecosystem of products — including GrabAds, GrabFin, GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabPay, Dine Out, and Reservations — by collaborating closely with Marketing Agencies, Third-Party Acquirers (TPAs), and internal stakeholders. Through detailed sales planning, swift execution of events, and strategic commercial agreements, the team opens doors for Sales Acquisition teams to engage potential clients.

As an Associate in the Sales and Channel Partnerships team, you'll sit at a unique vantage point within Grab, with visibility across our full suite of consumer and merchant products. You'll work alongside experienced commercial, marketing, and acquisition teams, learning how a superapp scales its go-to-market engine and how great partnerships are built, managed, and grown over time.
You will contribute to initiatives that strengthen Grab's partner channels, enhance merchant engagement, and help deliver the team's commercial objectives.
Responsibilities:
Sales Planning
• Develop and implement cross‑sell strategies for merchants being onboarded to increase product penetration and average product holding.
• Plan activities to strengthen relationships with Marketing Agencies (Business Reviews, Event Sponsorships, Lunch and Learns)
Lead Generation
• Create marketing campaigns to increase merchant awareness of Grab's multiple products
• Implement referral programmes with partners and merchants on introducing leads
Performance Measurement & Reporting
• Set, monitor and drive goals for inbound leads, agency pipeline, conversion and product holding.
• Produce regular performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.
