What a good application looks like

A screener is answering three questions: can this person do the job, will they stay, and can I prove either to my hiring manager.

Make the evidence findable

Every claim that matters should be checkable without asking you for access. A private repository is not evidence; a public one, a ticket, a publication or a named reference is.

Match the vocabulary

Use the words in the advertisement where they are honestly yours. A screener searching for "Kubernetes" does not find "container orchestration".
