Reading a match score

The score combines what the advert requires with what your profile evidences, then subtracts anything the employer states as a hard filter.

Hard filters

Right to work, clearance, a stated minimum number of years, a location that is not negotiable. These cap the score regardless of everything else, and the reason is shown beside it.

Soft gaps

A missing skill you could evidence lowers the score without capping it. Those are the ones worth answering with a claim.
