The PMI and Strategy Enablement team is Grab's strategy-to-execution engine for some of the company's most critical priorities across Grab.
We work on high-impact strategic projects, large-scale transformation programs, new business initiatives, and post-merger integrations. The team partners closely with senior leaders, country teams, business verticals, and functions to solve ambiguous business problems, align stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, PMI and Strategy Enablement to lead strategic projects and post-merger integration initiatives across Grab. The role requires a strong problem solver who can move seamlessly from strategy and analysis to hands-on execution.
You will work on high-priority transformation projects, support M&A due diligence, lead integration planning and execution, and help ensure Grab captures value from strategic investments and acquisitions.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Strategic Projects and Transformation
• Lead high-priority strategic and transformation projects across Grab's markets, functions, and verticals.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, from problem definition and opportunity sizing to execution and impact tracking.
• Define project approach, workplans, milestones, governance, and key deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, unblock issues, and deliver outcomes.
• Identify opportunities beyond the project scope to improve business performance and ways of working.
Post-Merger Integration and M&A Support
• Support due diligence for potential deals, including stress-testing deal thesis, synergies, risks, and integration complexity.
• Develop post-merger integration plans across commercial, operational, financial, product, people, legal, and governance workstreams.
• Lead integration execution, ensuring key milestones are met and value capture targets are achieved.
• Run periodic reviews of past investments and acquisitions against original deal thesis and strategic objectives.
Thought Partnership
• Influence decision-making with senior stakeholders and working teams across countries, functions, and verticals.
• Act as a thought partner to senior leaders on strategic priorities, business challenges, and integration topics.
• Prepare clear, structured executive-level materials to support alignment
