Join us as an Automation-Focused Software Engineer and become a guardian of stability for our massive-scale Insurance platform. You will leverage world-class infrastructure to build highly reliable and resilient systems across diverse domains and microservices. We are seeking engineers who are passionate about automation, thrive on continuous learning and improvement, demonstrate strong autonomy, and are ready to own complex challenges. Reporting to the manager, you will be based in our Jakarta Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will design and develop automated tests to ensure stability and correctness of our system
• Monitor and create standards for mitigating incidents
• You will Champion quality within the team, driving proper test coverage and processes to ensure high reliability.
• You will collaborate and involved with diverse teams to design and ship new products
• You will participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
• You will participate in On-Call rotations to ensure the reliability of services
